Doug Londal

Mr. Londal is a senior private equity executive with over three decades of experience investing in and advising businesses across industries including healthcare, media, manufacturing, and consumer services.

Doug began his career at Goldman Sachs, where he rose to Managing Director and co-led the firm’s U.S. merchant banking business. He later served as President and COO of New Mountain Capital, helping grow the firm from under $1 billion to over $15 billion in assets under management.

He went on to lead the Private Capital Group at MSD Partners, the investment firm backed by Michael Dell, where he oversaw more than $10 billion in investments and worked closely with management teams on long-term project.

Today, Doug serves as Senior Advisor at BDT & MSD Partners, a leading investment and advisory firm focused on partnering with founder- and family-led businesses.
