Arsen Ustayev is an entrepreneur and healthcare executive known for building and scaling senior care and home healthcare organizations across multiple states.
An immigrant to the United States from the former Soviet Union, Arsen moved to the U.S. as a child and explored a wide range of jobs and business ventures before finding his path in healthcare.
In 2008, he founded SarahCare, growing it into a successful provider of adult day and in-home care services. After selling the business in 2018, he later returned to reacquire it.
Today, Arsen serves as CEO of CareChoice Homecare, a multi-state organization that has experienced rapid growth under his leadership.
