Former Silicon Valley Startup Founder & Founder of Bailey Test Prep

Brad Bailey is an entrepreneur, startup founder, and the founder of Bailey Test Prep. His journey began at Naples High School, where he developed an early passion for test-taking that later took him to Harvard University. While at Harvard, Brad began tutoring students and helping with test prep to earn some money on the side.

Driven by an interest in startups, Brad worked on several early technology projects, including a running app that matched music tempo to running pace and a mobile restaurant rewards app built in the early days of the iPhone. Although these ventures failed, he shared how they taught him the importance of focus and executing one simple idea exceptionally well. Brad later co-founded a software platform enabling instant payouts for Amazon sellers, which grew explosively. Despite its success, a challenging co-founder relationship ultimately resulted in Brad being pushed out of the company he helped build. He later returned to Bailey Test Prep, building it into a nationally recognized organization. During his talk, Brad shared valuable lessons on business partnerships, resilience, and long-term fulfillment.
